Here’s some high flying footage of the attractions at Country Pumpkins in 2016. Usually our grass is much greener, but remember we had a pretty harsh drought last year. We will open on September 16 and close November 5 for our 2017 season at Country Pumpkins.
General hours will be Monday thru Saturday 8am-6pm and Sundays 12pm-6pm. As always, general admission and parking is FREE!
Come out to Country Pumpkins on Saturday, Oct. 1st to attend a photography workshop by Tim Thompson! At the workshop you will learn how to take photos that tell a story. Get people to wonder and think about what’s going on. Kind of a street photography style without the street!
Bring your cameras and get ready to have fun and learn at the same time! The cost of the workshop is $25.00 per person, cash or check payable to Tim Thompson. It will start at 9am and we will meet at the new deck in the back near the trees. All skill levels and camera types are welcome, whether DSLR, point and shoot or phone. Again, it’s Oct. 1st at 9am at Country Pumpkins 860 Spruill Rd in Caledonia. Looking forward to seeing you there!
The 2016 season will officially kick off this Saturday Sept. 17th from 8am-6pm. Come out with your family and enjoy a fun hay ride around the farm, the four-acre corn maze and the barrel train rides. There is also a free playground with tons of fun activities for the family. We will have beautiful pumpkins, gourds, squash and more for all your Fall décor needs. Don’t forget to stop by the concession stand for a stadium hot dog or grilled burger and enjoy the view from our beautiful wooden deck by the pond. We look forward to seeing ya’ll at the farm!
As we strive to keep our patch a beautiful place for families to enjoy, we unfortunately have to make a change to our pet policy. Due to owners not cleaning up after their pets, we now have to discourage pets from visiting the farm. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our patch clean for everyone to enjoy!
Country Pumpkins will kick off the 2014 season this Saturday September 20th! We are excited to offer a new attraction for the playground this year, the cotton picker slide! Kids and adults will enjoy this new slide that is built inside an actual cotton picker! Also, this year we have built a beautiful new deck in the pine trees overlooking the playground area. This additional space will provide seating for up to 100 people. Hope to see you at the patch!
